Three new models are a hit

The new models in our Summit Collection are a big hit with homebuyers who are looking for luxury.
The Breckenridge offers a wonderful floorplan with four bedrooms and a loft on the second floor. Entering the home, guests are greeted by a two-story volume space and a sweeping staircase. Homebuyers love the gourmet kitchen and casual dining area with adjoining family room, which opens to a covered patio.
The larger Cobalt is an exciting floorplan that offers a downstairs master suite. An expansive loft and private guest suite are on the second floor. This residence boasts high ceilings and transom windows throughout.
The Cascade, with its 3,677-sq.-ft. floorplan, is the largest in our Summit collection.
