Building a community takes more than just bricks and mortar; it requires a rock-solid commitment to helping those around us. G.L. Homes has displayed this commitment through our support of charitable and cultural organizations, both on national and local levels.

G.L. Homes is also playing an active role in community revitalization. As part of a unique public-private partnership with the City of Lauderhill and Broward County, GL Redevelopment built upscale yet affordable housing at Renaissance of Lauderhill. This project provided lower-income families a chance at achieving the American dream of home ownership. GL Redevelopment is also the General Contractor of Palm Beach County's In The Pines project. As a part of its involvement, GL Redevelopment is building LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certified environmentally friendly townhomes that will greatly improve the housing conditions for low income farm workers. G.L. Homes is honored to be a part of in these special programs.
