More Homes Under Construction at Equus

Currently, we have 16 estate homes under construction at Equus. Some of the plans that will be completed are the Christina, Diana, Erica and Gabriella. We expect our first closings to occur in September of this year. We also have two Quick Delivery homes under construction, the Brooke and Christina. Drywall is being hung already, so it will be easier for our guests to envision the interior space of these new plans. If you haven’t visited Equus yet, quit horsing around and come see what you’re missing. Several new models are ready for viewing and they’re fabulous!
