The fire sprinklers are being installed in our 8,000-square-foot clubhouse. In a few months you’ll be able to play basketball and volleyball or take part in our fitness programs and other activities – all within an air conditioned environment. Outside, the pool plumbing is being installed this week and will be completed soon. The wonderful days of relaxing by the pool will be here before you know it. Drive by and take a look (but don’t go inside) and you’ll see that that clubhouse is transforming before your eyes. It is scheduled for completion in the 4th quarter of 2010!

Several thousand pretzels were served to happy guests at Marbella Lakes in Naples this weekend. 
GL Homes grand opened their newest community - MARBELLA LAKES - and it was a HUGE success! 

Thousands of guests toured the nearly completed model homes and new homes under construction.

Guests were excited by the quality of construction and by the design of the homes.  It was beyond impressive!
People were so happy to see the buzz on the sales floor.  Marbella Lakes had visitors from all over the country who enjoyed the community, ate scrumptious pretzels and munched on popcorn and cotton candy throughout the day.

WINK Channel 6 News even came to the fabulous Grand Opening event and ran it as the top story on the 6, 10 and 11 PM News! 

Naples Daily News ran a wonderful article on the front page of the paper featuring Marbella Lakes and Division President Patty Campbell.  Folks, for those of you who have not yet been to Marbella Lakes, please do come visit and see for yourself what the excitement is about.
