Sales of new homes in Palm Beach County are improving says leading Florida home builder
BOYNTON BEACH – In another sign that new home sales in Palm Beach County are gaining momentum, the first closings have occurred in the new active adult community of Valencia Reserve in Boynton Beach, built by G.L. Homes. More than 10 active adult homebuyers have closed on their homes in Valencia Reserve in November. Since the sales center opened in January, more than 140 homes have been sold in Valencia Reserve and homebuyers have now begun moving in to the new South Florida retirement community.
The sales pace and subsequent closings in Valencia Reserve point to a thriving real estate market in South Florida’s active senior communities. More than 100 prospective homebuyers visit Valencia Reserve’s onsite sales center each week, leading to expectations that home sales will continue to spike in the upcoming months.
Valencia Reserve offers three new home collections with 16 unique floorplans. Homes in the South Florida retirement community range in size from
1,303 to 2,861 air-conditioned square feet of living space and feature two to four bedrooms, two and three bathrooms, and a two- or three-car garage. Homes are priced from the mid $200,000s to more than $500,000.
Valencia Reserve offers an active senior community where residents can socialize and forge lifelong friendships. The community will feature a magnificent 41,000 square-foot clubhouse with rooms reserved for classes and clubs. A grand ballroom also will host Broadway style performances and special galas in the clubhouse. There will be a fully equipped fitness center offering classes, modern cardiovascular and conditioning machines and personal trainers.
