Carnival Fun Kicks of the Botanica Lakes'
Clubhouse Grand Opening!
Botanica Lakes residents turned out to celebrate the Grand Opening of
their gorgeous clubhouse and recreation area! G.L. Homes presented a
"Fun Day at the Carnival" with a delicious barbeque. Guests were
welcomed to an authentic carnival atmosphere with bungee jumping,
bounce house, a giant
slide, carnival games, prizes, popcorn, snow
cones and so much more.
Residents discovered their fabulous new courtyard-style clubhouse
wrapped around a resort-style pool and whirlpool spa. An adjacent water
play area with wading pool kept the kids cool and entertained. The
luxurious social hall with catering kitchen is ready for parties, card games
and just hanging out with friends. The fully equipped fitness center is
ready for workouts. The full-time Lifestyle Director offers a variety of
clubs, activities and events for homeowners to enjoy year-round.
