HOW MANY HOMES WILL BE BUILT AT MARBELLA LAKES?
490 single-family and carriage homes are currently planned.

WHAT SIZE LOTS ARE AVAILABLE?

AMALFI COLLECTION: Carriage Homes

CATALINA COLLECTION:
Single Family Homes - 52’ and 62’ wide with varying depths.

Single-Family Homes - 64' wide with varying depths.


LAKE LOTS
The lake banks behind the sales center and model row have been
re-graded and sodded.  Each lake lot will receive a palm tree package consisting of 2 queen palms with underplantings.


WILL MARBELLA LAKES BE GATED?
There will be a gatehouse at the main entrance. It is presently
anticipated that the gatehouse will be manned 24 hours per day
at some time in the future. This happens with the growth of the community and will be in stages, ie.guard at night only initially.

AMALFI COLLECTION: $349/month (subject to change)

CATALINA & CASTILLIAN COLLECTION: 
$253/month (subject to change)

Includes 24 hour manned gate, lawn maintenance, cable,
alarm monitoring, clubhouse and common areas. Carriage
Homes (Amalfi Collection) also includes insurance for the
buildings. Each homeowner is responsible for their own
water/sewer and content insurance.




 		WHAT ARE THE PROPERTY TAXES?
Property taxes are approximately 1.25% of the total
purchase price.


WHAT SCHOOLS WILL MY CHILDREN ATTEND?
Aviano to the north of us is assigned to Osceola Elementary,
Pine Ridge Middle and Barron Collier High and Wyndemere
to our south is assigned to Poinciana Elementary, Gulfview
Middle and Naples High. Marbella Lakes is located in between.
The school boundaries can change from year to year.

Yes, broker participation is welcome at Marbella Lakes (registration requirements do apply).
