Landscaping is being installed around the clubhouse and in the pool area. Work continues on the inside of the clubhouse.

Finishing touches are in progress on the interior - paint and trim work is completed and flooring is installed. The pool deck is completed and the tot lot has been installed.

This week millwork is going in, the interior is being painted and the parking lot is being paved.

The exterior painting of the clubhouse is finished and the roof has been completely installed. Pool construction is progressing nicely with pool deck pavers being installed this week.
Construction of the playground will begin shortly.
