Phase II of the magnificent Valencia Reserve Clubhouse is taking shape. (L) The additional tennis courts are complete with plans for an exhibition match very soon. This provides for 9 total courts. (R) View where the existing club meets the newly expanded facilities.

Over 70% sold out and still going! Residents can't wait for the opening of the second phase of the clubhouse, which will include a fully equipped fitness center, indoor/outdoor cafe, Fitness & Exercise studios and so much more.

Lakes are completed on the new parcel and roadwork is well underway. The 2nd phase of the clubhouse is under construction and lush landscaping is adding to the beauty of the community.

Work has begun on the newest parcel, this month we'll begin working on the roads. Anticipation is building for the opening of Phase 2 of the clubhouse. Residents are excited to enjoy a Wii Room, a larger fitness area, catering kitchen and so much more.

The magnificent fireplace in the Clubhouse Lobby is in the process of crafting the espresso wood mantel with marble stone hearth and surround. Coordinating wood over the mantel being prepared for inset antique mirror panels

17 Lakes are comleted at Valencia Reserve, clearing and earthwork is ongoing in Parcel B. Parcel C is 95% complete, Parcel D is 85% complete and Parcels G, H, F & E are 100% complete.

Outside the clubhouse, the paver pool deck and pool pavilion are almost complete and awaiting finishing touches. The porte-cochere is sporting its pavers. Curbs and walking trails, and sidewalks are going into place. The landscaping is in progress. Inside, drywall and paint is well underway. The stage is built and decorator details have begun in the lobby. OPEN NOW: Tennis exhibitions, matches, lessons and clinics are ongoing. Pro Shop hours – open daily from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. and the basketball courts are open for games and impromptu play.

Clearing and earthwork is starting in parcel B. Fifteen lakes are completed, two more are being excavated. Development is 85% completed in Parcel C, 65% completed in Parcel D and finished in Parcels G, H, F & E.

The clubhouse roof tiles are now in place and the exterior of the clubhouse has been painted. Tennis exhibitions, matches, lessons and clinics are well underway. The Pro Shop  is open daily from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. The basketball courts are open for games and impromptu play.

The Grand Opening for the Valencia Reserve Tennis Pro Shop and adjoining Har-Tru courts will be held on Friday, May 21, 2010 at 9:30 am. A ribbon cutting ceremony for homeowners will be followed by a round Robin event. Valencia Reserve's Pro Shop will feature tennis equipment and gear for sale, restrooms, and a covered seating area.

From the lakefront side of the Clubhouse, construction is well underway on the huge resort-style pool. The free-standing structure to the left is the pool pavilion with convenient restrooms. Not pictured is the whirlpool spa, resistance exercise pool and lap pool. The indoor/outdoor Café will overlook this area out to the lake.

Recreation Site underground utilities are complete, parking lot is 60% complete, tennis facility construction is starting this month. Homes are under construction in both Parcels H and G.

Lake #11 excavation is 70% complete. Earthwork is complete in Parcels H, G and the Recreation Parcel. Roads, perimeter buffer landscaping and irrigation installation are complete in the Parcel H. Underground utility installation and roads are complete in Parcel G and landscaping & irrigation installation are both progressing. Model Row underground utilities and road construction are now complete.
Work has started on the Recreation Site underground utilities and parking lot. Homes are under construction in both Parcels H and G.

Work is 100% complete in the Entry on the guardhouse, entry features and landscaping. Homes are under construction in both Parcels H and G.

Roads are 100% complete in the Parcel H - 50' lots with the perimeter buffer landscaping and irrigation installation beginning this month. Underground utilities are complete and road construction is 30% complete in Parcel H - 70' lots. Underground utility installation and roads are complete in the first phase of Parcel G and roadwork is starting in the second phase of Parcel G.

Homes are under construction in both Parcels H and G. First closings will happen in Parcel H in October!

Underground utility roads are in process in Parcel G.

Work is progressing on the entry features and guardhouse. Landscaping and irrigation installation are both beginning this month. Homes are under construction in both Parcels H and G.

Underground utility installation is underway in Parcel G. Earthwork is underway in Parcel E.

Permits have been issued for the guardhouse and the entry feature, work will begin this month on both.
Layout is in progress for first home starts in Parcel H.

Lakes # 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 are complete and Lake #6 is 10% complete. Earthwork is in progress on the Recreation Parcel. All underground utilities are installed in the spine road and paving crews are preparing to install concrete curb. Paving crews are finishing rock on Lyons Road and the Entry Road. All of the building pads and roadways are filled in the first phases of Parcels G and H. Underground water and sewer utility installation is underway in both parcels as well.

Lakes # 1, 2, 3 & 4 are complete and Lake #5 is 20% complete. All of the building pads and roadways are filled in the first phase of Parcels G and H. Earthwork has commenced on the Recreation Parcel. Sanitary Sewer Main is installed on the Spine Road, adjacent the recreation parcel. Drainage pipe installation continues on the spine road. Water Main Installation is complete on the Entry Road. Paving crews have begun work on the turn lane on Lyons Road and the Entry Road.
