Beat the Tax Credit deadline!

You have only until April 30th to enter into a contract and be eligible for up to an $8,000 tax credit payable directly to you from the Federal Government and you should allow time for your financing to be established. The market is turning around and existing homes are selling faster, which means prices have begun to increase. There are plenty of move-in ready homes available in time to take advantage of the tax credit.
