New Home sales sizzle in June

Sales at Valencia Lakes sizzled during the month of June! With 13 new sales, the sales floor was buzzing with activity. Homebuyers snatched up inventory homes and villas and also purchased residences built to their specifications. Valencia Lakes' newest homeowners are joining the Tampa community from as far away as Arizona, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Many took advantage of the "Stay and Play" guest house and experienced the community first-hand by staying for 3 days and 2 nights. During their visit, they enjoyed the facilities at Valencia Lakes' 26,000 square foot clubhouse, socialized with future neighbors and toured the local area. Welcome home, new residents!
