Valencia Reserve More Than 25% Sold

Valencia Reserve opened in January 2009 and we’ve already sold 277 of the more than 1000 homes. That’s because GL Homes has such a terrific reputation for excellent homes and outstanding values. Five of the nine tennis courts at Valencia Reserve are installed and the Tennis Pro Shop and tennis pavilion are also nearing completion. We’re planning an event for the opening of the tennis courts and pro shop in May and we’ll be inviting all residents and contracted purchasers to join us for the festivities.
The Clubhouse at Valencia Reserve is well underway. The roof is on and the construction is progressing nicely. We are anticipating our estimated opening date to be February/March of 2011. Prior to then, we will be introducing some lifestyle events and activities in the near future. We know you’re anxious to move in, so please check back soon for more updates on our progress.
