Kevin Ratterree, a vice president of GL Homes, has been inducted into the Gold Coast Builders Association’s Hall of Fame.
The trade group, serving builders in Palm Beach and northern Broward counties, said the Hall is a lifetime achievement award for people who have made major contributions to the industry and the association.
The 24-year-old group has inducted 45 people and only one in the past five years.
Ratterree, 50, handles GCBA's governmental affairs in addition to his duties at Sunrise-based GL. He began with the group in 2005.
“It is a great honor to be recognized by your peers, and I am thrilled that they chose me for such a prestigious honor,” he said in a statement.
