A gorgeous 45,000 square-foot Clubhouse is coming soon to Valencia Bonita and the team of professionals that will help make the dream a reality are now on board! The full-service restaurant at the Clubhouse, called Zest, will be led by the creative and talented husband and wife team, Nicole and Chef Brian Roland of Crave Companies. Roland is a Certified Chef de Cuisine, a member of the Chaine des Rotisseurs and has worked for several well-known French chefs. Alongside Roland will be Debra Bicknese, an award-winning chef with years of experience catering and owning her own restaurant in NYC, who will serve as Executive Chef at Zest. You may recognize her from the popular Food Network show, Chopped! Charles Shepherd will serve as General Manager and Food & Beverage Director, and brings more than a decade of experience within the hospitality industry managing companies including the PGA Tour and InterContinental Hotels. In addition to the fantastic team at Zest, Joseph Ceci has also joined Valencia Bonita as the new the Club Manager. With a background working in the private club industry, he brings 25 years of experience managing operations at large, upscale facilities across the country from New York to Tennessee.
