THE ARTS & CULTURE CENTER IS IN FULL SWING

The Riverland Arts & Culture Center hosted it’s first cooking classes with Master Chef Chris Paul this month. In the mid-morning cooking class registered VIPs arrived early and enjoyed a carving lesson with the chef. Residents learned how to carve a swan out of an apple and how to put together a beautiful charcuterie board. All participants went home with an apron, cutting mat and paring knife! Later that day participants gathered for the Journey to Italy dinner where they cooked a delicious meal consisting of salad, beef carpaccio, wagyu beef filet with risotto and roasted broccoli. Residents were raving about the event and can’t wait for the next cooking class!
