THE REAL STORY BEHIND PASEO PARK
Friday, July 24, 2026
Riverland Paseo Park is more than a new amenity. It represents what is possible when a community and local leaders work together to create something that benefits everyone. Through a partnership between Riverland and the City of Port St. Lucie, Riverland Paseo Park became the first public park west of I-95 in Port St. Lucie. The 12-acre park gives residents and neighbors access to new recreational opportunities, including a three-section dog park designed for small, medium, and large breeds, two soccer fields, a softball field with a concession stand, and restrooms. Connected directly to the Riverland's Paseo Greenway, which offers 4 miles of public, eco-friendly pathway, Riverland Paseo Park is easily accessible by golf cart, bike, or on foot. Whether enjoying time outdoors, playing a game, walking the trails, or bringing along a four-legged friend, the park provides a new gathering place for the entire community.
This is smart planning in action, creating thoughtful spaces that extend beyond the neighborhood and contribute to the future of Port St. Lucie.
