A new selection of gorgeous homesites will be available for purchase at Valencia Walk, Friday, June 24, 2022! To maintain social distancing and avoid overcrowding, this will not be an in-person lot selection. If you would like to participate in this exciting lot selection drawing, please work with your sales agent now to submit your $10,000 reservation deposit to the Valencia Walk Sales Office. Checks should be made payable to “Valencia Walk” and must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 22nd. At 9:00 a.m. on Friday, June 24 we will randomly select the names of those who submitted their reservation deposit, to establish the lot selection order. Once the lot selection order has been established, your sales agent will reach out to you when it is your turn to make a lot selection. If you are selected, you are required to sign the contract and provide the remaining balance of your 10% owed at contract, after choosing your lot on Friday, June 24.
