A new selection of gorgeous homesites will be available for purchase at Winding Ridge on Thursday, July 7th! To maintain social distancing and avoid overcrowding, this will not be an in-person lot selection. If you would like to participate in this exciting lot selection drawing, please work with your sales agent now to submit your $5,000 reservation deposit to the Winding Ridge Sales Office. Checks should be made payable to “Winding Ridge” and must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. Thursday, June 30th. At 10:00 am on Thursday, July 7th we will randomly select the names of those who submitted their reservation deposit, to establish the lot selection order.
Once the lot selection order has been established, your sales agent will reach out to you when it is your turn to make a lot selection. If you are selected, you will be required to go straight to contract and provide the remaining balance of your 10% owed at contract, after choosing your lot on Thursday, July 7th.
