The first homesites at Valencia Trails in Naples will be released starting on Thursday, July 16. LOT SELECTION GUIDELINES: Lots will be released for purchase on Thursday, July 16th. To maintain social distancing and avoid overcrowding, this will not be an in-person lot selection. So those who wish to participate in this exciting lot selection drawing may work with their sales agent now to submit their $5,000 reservation deposit in advance to the Valencia Trails Sales Office. Checks should be made payable to Valencia Trails and must be received no later than close of business Wednesday, July 15th if you want to participate. At 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 16th, we will randomly select the names of those who submitted their reservation deposit in order to establish the lot selection order. Once the lot selection order has been established, your sales agent will reach out to you when it is your turn to make a lot selection.
